We have extensive experience in turnkey project development and installation of process equipment for food production facilities, as well as providing services at any stage of the project. Design and manufacturing solutions are developed individually for each Customer.
ETC Service participates in projects for food production facilities of various capacities and installs complete production lines and standalone equipment in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, and New Zealand. The company regularly participates in government-supported projects in Latvia with EU funding aimed at industrial development.
We perform equipment installation and pipeline assembly using TIG welding with argon back purging, both manually and with our automated orbital welding equipment.
Since early 2015, ETC Service has been manufacturing various tanks and vessels with volumes up to 6,000 L, including CCT and BBT, using automated orbital welding.
Since late 2016, the company has been producing complete fully automatic and semi-automatic filling lines at its own production facilities.
