Project implementation management and installation supervision
The project is a sequence of the operations connected with each other which have to be executed within the certain, limited period of time.
Skilled employees of ETC Service manage the progress of the project and bear responsibility for performance of works in the correct sequence, and that the goals defined in the project (expenses, deadlines, functions) will be realized. Control of compliance of the works to project documentation is performed at all stages of works. Supervising installation is a supervision and the organizational and technical management of delivery and installation of equipment from the Supplier’s side during installation works performed by the Customer's experts.
